About HelpMeHealMe and these terms

HelpMeHealMe is operated by Mathematricks FZC. Registered address: Office - C1 - 1F - SF11592 Ajman Free Zone C1 Building Zone Free Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Contact [email protected] for account, service or billing questions.

By using HelpMeHealMe, you agree to our Terms of use and acknowledge and accept the data practices described in our Privacy policy, subject to applicable law. Where separate, explicit or parental consent is required, using the service does not replace that consent.

What the service provides

HelpMeHealMe provides AI coaches and companions for conversation, reflection and personal wellbeing through text, voice and, when available, an avatar. These terms apply to all current and future AI characters offered through the service, regardless of their name, voice or appearance. They are automated AI systems, not human clinicians. A human-looking avatar, natural voice or remembered detail does not create a professional healthcare relationship.

The service does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or replace qualified medical or mental-health care. Responses, transcripts, summaries and memories may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Use your judgment and seek qualified help for decisions that need professional advice.

The app and support mailbox are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored for your safety. If you are in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services. Do not rely on an AI coach or companion to detect a crisis, notify someone or arrange help.

Eligibility and your account

The owner intends to offer the service internationally, including to people under 18. Access for minors remains under review and is subject to applicable age, consent and safeguarding requirements. Where required, a parent or legal guardian must give valid permission and provide appropriate oversight before a minor uses the service. A child’s statement that permission exists does not replace any parental verification, notice or safeguarding duty that applies to the operator. Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and do not share access to another person’s account.

Use only content you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate someone, harass others, upload unlawful material, attempt to obtain another person’s records, interfere with the service or bypass usage, payment or security limits. Please do not submit private information about others unnecessarily.

Conversations, recording and privacy

Our Privacy policy and Recording and memory information explain data handling separately from these terms. The current app saves session records and recordings where supported. New app recordings exclude your camera feed, but audio, transcripts and account information can identify you. Older recordings may differ.

You retain your rights in content you provide. To deliver the service, we need permission to process and transmit that content through the relevant hosting, model, speech, avatar and memory services. We also intend to use recordings and transcripts for human quality review, prompt improvement and training, fine-tuning and evaluating AI models, as explained in the Privacy policy. Service-delivery permission is not a transfer of ownership, permission to publish your conversations or blanket consent for training. Any separate training use and sensitive-data permissions must be explained and obtained as required.

Speech recognition may omit or alter words, and takeaways and memories are generated inferences. Tell us if saved information is wrong. Do not treat a transcript or recording as a certified clinical or legal record.

Free access and invitation codes

Free sessions and promotional minutes depend on the displayed allowance, registration availability and service capacity. A valid invitation adds its stated bonus to your account’s existing allowance once sign-in or registration and redemption succeed. Entering a code before registration does not reserve a place or create an account.

Codes may have an expiry date, redemption cap, account eligibility rules and one-redemption-per-account limits. Affiliates cannot use their own affiliate coupon to grant minutes to themselves. Codes and minutes are not cash. If a promotion is unavailable, an eligible user may still use the normal Free allowance.

Referral codes can associate your account and qualifying purchases with an affiliate who may earn commission. They do not give that affiliate access to your private conversations. See the Privacy policy and Cookies notice for attribution details.

Minutes, sessions and availability

Voice usage can include connected time, waiting and silence. Text-mode usage is currently counted at one tenth of the voice rate, and paused time does not consume session minutes. A remaining-minute display may update after server accounting. The server enforces allowances and may end a session when available minutes or a service limit is reached.

Network faults, provider capacity, disconnections and session limits can interrupt a call. The app may switch avatar providers or show the mnemonic fallback while the conversation continues. An avatar or recording is not guaranteed to be available for every session. Keep your own copy of information you need; do not rely on uninterrupted access.

Subscriptions and purchases

Checkout must identify whether it is a test checkout or a real purchase. A sandbox checkout tests the flow and does not charge real money or create a real paid entitlement. Do not use a real card in test checkout.

For a live purchase, review the price, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes, included minutes and any renewal terms shown before confirming. Recurring subscriptions renew on their stated schedule until cancelled. An annual plan charges for the year upfront; included minutes refresh monthly rather than arriving as a single annual balance.

Use Account billing management to request cancellation or a plan change. The billing confirmation must show the effective date and any prorated charge before you confirm. Keep that confirmation. Cancellation, refunds, payment issues and prepaid-minute details are covered in the Billing policy. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.

Account access and deletion

We may restrict session access for exhausted allowances, payment problems, unsafe or unlawful use, security concerns or service capacity. Exhausted session minutes should not prevent access to sign-in, account settings, billing or privacy support.

You may request account deletion through the available account controls or support. Active sessions must be ended first. The current self-service flow requires an active paid subscription to be cancelled and ended before account deletion; contact support if this prevents a privacy request. Deletion does not erase independent payment-provider records or every backup immediately.

Responsibility and changes

We aim to provide a useful service and respond to reported problems. We do not promise a particular emotional or health outcome, perfect accuracy, uninterrupted availability or clinical suitability. These statements do not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Tell us about problems at [email protected] so we can investigate. Material service or terms changes should be communicated before they apply, and new consent sought where required. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
