AI identity and limitations

Our AI coaches and companions are automated systems. These limitations apply to every AI character offered through HelpMeHealMe, regardless of its name, voice or appearance. A conversational style, familiar name or remembered detail does not make an AI system human or a qualified health professional. Responses and memories can be wrong, and speech recognition can mishear or omit words.

HelpMeHealMe is intended for conversation and reflection. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or demonstrate that a conversation will produce a particular health outcome. Human professional care may be appropriate regardless of what the AI says.

Urgent situations and availability

Do not use the app for an emergency or rely on it to monitor your safety. If there is immediate danger, use the appropriate local emergency services. The app and support inbox are not a continuously monitored crisis-response channel.

Availability depends on network, service providers, configured access and usage capacity. A policy, successful software test or session recording does not establish clinical safety or regulatory approval.
