Test checkout and live billing

Payment checkout and account billing management are integrated. A checkout labelled test or sandbox is a demonstration and does not charge real money. Only a checkout explicitly enabled for live billing should be used for a real purchase. A browser success page alone does not confirm entitlement: the app applies verified payment events.

Before confirming a live purchase, check the displayed currency, tax, billing interval, included minutes and total charge. Contact [email protected] if the confirmation or account balance looks wrong.

Plan allowances

The approved USD monthly catalogue is Basic: $35 for 120 minutes; Premium: $60 for 240 minutes; Ultra: $110 for 520 minutes. Annual billing is 20% below twelve monthly payments, paid upfront: $336, $576 and $1,056 respectively. Included minutes refresh monthly on annual plans.

The configured Free allowance is 10 voice-equivalent minutes per refresh period. Invitation coupons add their stated minutes to the existing allowance; a 30-minute invitation is not a replacement for the normal Free balance. Voice sessions can consume connected, waiting and silent time. Text mode consumes one tenth of the voice rate; paused time is not charged against session minutes.

Extra minutes and plan changes

Where offered, extra minutes are prepaid rather than automatic overage charges. The configured USD rates are $0.25/minute at the Basic or Free rate, $0.21/minute for an eligible active Premium plan and $0.19/minute for an eligible active Ultra plan. Review the applicable rate and any expiry conditions before purchase.

Use Account billing management to review renewal, cancellation and plan-change options. Cancellation and downgrades are intended to take effect at the end of the paid period, while eligible upgrades can take effect sooner with a prorated charge. The actual confirmation must show the effective date and amount; portal options and tested behavior must be verified before enabling live billing. Unused-minute rollover, prepaid expiry and payment-failure handling also need a finalized rule.

Refunds and billing problems

Live billing must not be enabled until the refund, cancellation and renewal disclosures are approved and shown before purchase. We have not adopted a blanket no-refund rule or an invented refund window. Applicable mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

For a duplicate charge, incorrect allowance, cancellation difficulty or other billing problem, contact [email protected]. Include the account or invoice reference, not your full card details. Test-checkout results do not establish that every live billing scenario has been validated.
