What is saved

The current app automatically saves session records and, where supported, recordings containing voice audio, AI-generated avatar video, an app view and conversation text. Records are linked to an account or anonymous browser identity. Guest and registered portions can be saved as separate linked segments.

New app recordings exclude the user’s camera feed in both Normal Mode and Privacy Mode. Normal camera images or edge-processed frames may still be transmitted during a live session when the enabled features support camera sharing and you enable it. Older saved recordings may differ. Voices, transcripts and account details are not automatically anonymized.

Continuity and human access

When memory is enabled, the app can generate takeaways, a profile, communication preferences and a next-session handoff. Configured memory providers can retrieve relevant information for later conversations. These are generated inferences, not established facts or clinical records.

Authorized administrators can inspect session records for service support and quality review. Affiliates do not receive private conversation content through their dashboard. The service is not continuously monitored for safety.

Permissions and deletion

The intended improvement uses include human review, improving our AI prompts and service quality, and training, fine-tuning and evaluating AI models using session recordings and transcripts. Camera exclusion does not anonymize voices or text. Camera permission, recording permission, analytics permission and permission for model training are different choices. The required notices, permissions, retention and withdrawal arrangements must be in place before the relevant use begins; the required permission controls are not yet finalized.

To request access, correction or deletion, contact [email protected]. Available account deletion queues recording and configured memory cleanup; provider failures and backups can delay complete removal. A fixed automatic retention schedule is still to be finalized before launch. See the Privacy policy for details.
