A thoughtful approach to AI-supported wellbeing
Start with the person. Understand the goal. Make the next step clearer.
Help Me Heal is an early-stage project exploring AI-supported mental wellbeing and personal growth. We are developing an approach that connects reflective conversation with practical, personally meaningful goals.
What makes our approach specific
Goal-led conversations. The person’s stated goal guides the exchange. We aim to keep the conversation connected to what they want help with, rather than producing generic encouragement.
Configurable strategies. The development project supports explicit conversation configurations, including reflective and practical styles. Changes can be examined instead of disappearing into an unexplained prompt.
Evaluation with visible limits. We examine conversation quality and compare strategies. Engineering scores are not clinical outcomes. The documented process requires human approval before candidate configurations become eligible for end-user use.
Where we are today
The application is experimental and in development. Our educational journal is being prepared; it does not provide live therapy sessions, diagnosis, or emergency support. We have not demonstrated clinical effectiveness and do not claim professional clinical credentials, regulatory approval, or a validated replacement for care.
A billion-person ambition
WHO reported in 2025 that more than a billion people live with mental health conditions. Our ambition is that responsibly developed AI could eventually help more than a billion people worldwide. That possibility depends on evidence, safety, access, governance, and human care—not just better conversation.
