Delete your HMHM data
You can request account deletion from your account page.
- Sign in to HMHM and open Your account.
- End any active conversation. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it and wait for it to end before deleting the account.
- Under “Delete your account,” select “Delete account.” Enter your HMHM password and type DELETE to confirm.
If you signed up with Google or Facebook
If you do not have an HMHM password, contact [email protected] to request deletion. Include your HMHM username, which is shown on your account page. Account ownership must be verified before deletion. Do not send your Google or Facebook password.
What this request does
Account access ends immediately. Conversation records, recordings and connected memory are processed for deletion in the background. If a connected service is unavailable, cleanup is retried. Existing backups and payment-provider records are not erased by this action. Deleting your HMHM account does not delete your Google or Facebook account.
If you cannot sign in
Contact [email protected] with your HMHM username and a request to delete your account. Account ownership must be verified before deletion. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or conversation content in the request.
